1. Delivery Policy & Procedures

To ensure a seamless and elegant gifting experience, our delivery operations are governed by the following rules:

• Service Area & Timing: We specialize in Next-Day delivery for Tampa, Brandon, and surrounding areas. While we strive to accommodate specific time requests (such as business hours), exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak floral holidays like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
• Recipient Coordination: Our delivery team may use the provided phone number to coordinate drop-offs. If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers may leave the arrangement safely at the door, with a trusted neighbor, or at a workplace reception desk to protect the integrity of the flowers.
• Delivery Fees: Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Additional fees may apply for redirected deliveries or special handling requests.

2. Floral Substitution Policy

At Divine Flower Decor, we work exclusively with premium, seasonal blooms. Because nature is unpredictable, availability may occasionally require us to make thoughtful substitutions.

• Design Integrity: Our expert designers take meticulous care to preserve the exact style, theme, and color palette of your chosen arrangement. Any substituted floral elements or vessels will always be of equal or greater premium value.
• Single-Variety Arrangements: For specific designs (such as all-rose or orchid bouquets), we prioritize matching the exact flower type. If the requested color is unavailable, we will substitute it with a harmonious alternative that maintains the design's elegance.

3. Photography & Social Media

As a design studio, we frequently document our custom arrangements to showcase our artistry:

• Usage Rights: We reserve the right to photograph any arrangement created by our studio and share these images on our website or social media platforms.
• Privacy Assurance: We strictly respect your privacy. No personal identifying information—such as delivery addresses, full names, or legible gift card messages—will ever be displayed in these photos without your explicit consent.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the floral design process has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
